Found Farm exists to create a loving, stable home for foster youth while cultivating growth mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Through safe housing, mentorship, educational support, life-skills training, emotional encouragement, and transitional support, Found Farm is committed to helping youth grow while building the confidence and skills needed for a successful future.

We believe the impact of Found Farm will be felt for generations to come. By providing safety, stability, and support, we hope to break cycles of neglect and hardship so the teens who walk through our doors can one day build healthy, safe, and thriving families of their own.
